These are some of the most personal papers you own. Here is exactly how this page protects them.
A private link, just for you
Your checklist opens only from the unique link we send you. The link can’t be guessed, isn’t listed anywhere on the site, is hidden from search engines, and stops working after a set date. Please don’t forward it.
Encrypted on the way
Uploads only work over a secure https connection, the same protection banks use. You’ll see the padlock next to leisurelivingresales.com in your browser’s address bar.
Encrypted while stored
Each file is locked with 256-bit encryption the moment it arrives and kept in a private, closed-off area of our server. It never goes into the public website, its media library or any search results.
Upload only — no one can browse
This page can receive documents but can’t show or download them, even with your link. Only our office can open your files, from a password-protected account.
Used for one purpose
Your documents are used only to prepare your buyer financial package for the Mutual’s approval process. We don’t sell, share or reuse them for anything else.
Deleted when we’re done
We remove your documents from this site once your package is submitted and your purchase closes. Anything left is erased automatically 30 days after your link expires.
